About Reiki in  Swansea

Reiki is a natural healing energy technique that originated in Japan and simply means the universal life energy that is all around us in sustaining all life. It works to bring harmony and balance in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual way enhancing the body’s ability to heal itself. Reiki energy always goes to the roots of any imbalance enabling deep healing to occur.

A treatment is non-intrusive and is given with you, fully clothed, lying down on a treatment couch or sitting in a reclining chair. I place my hands  lightly or slightly above energy centres in your body or specific areas depending on your particular needs.  Everyone’s experience of Reiki is unique.  Be assured that you will feel very relaxed and may experience peaceful and calming sensations of heat, cold or tingling.
